RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

DOMESTIC RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIESWe are happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 7 days of delivery for refund or online gift card.

We do not offer refunds unless its quality defect, customised products (made to order), products mentioned as Pre-order, products been altered as per size specification.
 

Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non-availability of the product, we will issue you a refund via online gift card.
 

For all accepted returns, we will issue a refund or online gift card immediately after we receive the products from your end and its pass quality check process. Return process may take up to 7-8 days.

Any complaint that is reported after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

We offer free reverse pick-up services for all orders shipped within India. If you have placed an order through your Registered Account, you can login to your account on our website and go to your ‘Order’ section and click on View details to raise a return request.
